试析引入经济效率的概念创新学科建设评估工作

随着我国高等教育不断发展和改革不断深化，各高校已经充分认识到学科建设是大学发展的核心。加强高校学科建设是实现创新教育的基础，是进行高水平科学研究、产生创新成果和造就学术大师的前提，是实现科技成果转化和产学研一体化的中心环节。为此，各高校在学科建设上投入了大量的人力、物力、财力。但是，对学科建设投入的经济效率高低却关注不多。本文引入学科建设经济效率的概念，探讨了学科建设经济效率的评估方法、评估内容、评估的指标体系，以提高学科建设经济效率。

On the Evaluation of the Economic Efficiency of Academic Discipline Development

Along with the development and reforming of our higher education,academic discipline has been regarded as an important benchmark for university education.Our universities have realized that the academic discipline development plays a core role in the university development.Strengthening the academic discipline is the base for creativity education,the prerequisite for conducting high-standard research,and plays an important role in the process of industrialization of research achievement.Therefore,universities have invested substantial manpower,financial and materials resources.However,the issue of the revelation methodology for the economic efficiency for the investment on academic discipline development has not been deeply investigated.In this paper,we use the in-out referencing standard mark evaluation method to study the evaluation of economic efficiency for the investment on academic discipline,so as to improve the investment efficiency.
