| 摘 要： | 长期以来,我国酒后驾车现象一直处于较快增长的态势,由酒后驾车引发的交通事故屡见不鲜,酒后驾车成为备受社会关注的热点问题。从风险社会、制度层面、文化层面、执法力度、安全意识等方面可以对酒后驾车现象屡禁不止的原因进行社会学解读。要解决酒后驾车问题,必须加大宣传力度和执法力度;发挥道德的约束作用;加强对驾驶员的安全驾驶教育。

| Abstract: | Increasing cases of drunk driving have become a hot issue of social concern.The reasons of frequent drunk driving are studied in this article from the aspects of risk society,institutional dimension,cultural dimension,strength of law enforcement,and safety awareness.To solve the problem,we must enhance publicity,strengthen the enforcement of law and traffic policies,make full use of the restraining role of morality,and promote education in safe driving. |
