| Abstract: | From the view point of political development,this paper re-examines and evaluates the role of the technological reason:Technological reason motivates qualitative change in the political system,provides a new form of rule for the maintenance of public order,offers the organizational form for the political cost-effective operation,comes up with means to realize the institutionalization and standardization of Chinese politics. |
