| 摘 要： | 戈尔巴乔夫的民主改革是前苏联覆灭的内在原因之一,从某种角度来讲,这实际上是照搬西方民主制度所带来的严重后果。这一历史事件给当今中国的政治文明建设提供了一个难得的教训。因此,对于发展开放的中国来说,在社会主义政治文明这一进程中既需要立足于国情,充分"利用"、"吸收"一切有益成果为我所用,同时也要审视人类在发展社会主义过程中所经历的挫折与失败,要以史为鉴。只有实事求是地贯彻这一原则,才能保持政治文明建设的良好平衡,不至于在实践中犯"左"或"右"的错误。

| Abstract: | Gorbachev's democratic reform is one of the inherent reasons why the former Soviet Union collapsed.From a certain angle it is the terrible consequence of indiscriminately imitating the western democratic system.This historical incident offers a valuable lesson for Chinese political civilization construction.China must base its policies on the national conditions in the process of its socialist political civilization,utilizing and absorbing abundantly the achievements made by others and examining the setbacks and failures experienced by others in the process of developing socialism.Only by carrying out the principle of seeking the truth,can we keep the good balance of sociatist political civilization construction and avoid "Left" or "Right" deviations in practice. |
