| 摘 要： | 文化遗产是人类文化的“化石”，它所凝聚的文化在其繁荣时期的鲜活生命和社会价值，随着文化所属时代的结束而发生原生意义的终结；但在新的历史时期，通过文化遗产保护和文化资源的经济开发，在文化遗产这一“旧”的文化形体上又实现了符合新时代需要的价值重构。

| Abstract: | Cultural heritage is the fossil of human culture in which the agglomerated fresh cultural life and social values in its boom period came to an end with the end of its era. But in the new historical period, the protection of cultural heritage and the economic development of cultural resources realize the value reconstruction in the old cultural form, which is in conformity with the need of the new era. |
