| Abstract: | Based on the sufficient analysis of talents' growth process,this paper discovers the five stages in the course of science-technology talents' growth: preparatory stage,adaptation stage,rapid(development) and stabilization stage,stagnation and withdrawal stage,and continued professional growth stage,and meanwhile the characteristics of the five stages are discussed. |
