军训对大学新生人格发展的影响

为了了解军训是否对大学新生的人格发展产生影响 ,本研究采用卡特尔 1 6 PF量表对浙江师范大学参加集中性军训的 99级新生进行测量。我们抽取了卡特尔 1 6 PF量表中与军训关系密切的 7个因素加以调查分析。结果显示 ,军训前后大学新生在乐群性、稳定性、有恒性、独立性、紧张性上有显著差异 ,敢为性、自律性差异并不显著 ,在乐群性、有恒性上男女生存在显著差异 ,独立性在学科间存在显著差异

The Influence of Military Training on the Personality Development of the University Freshmen

In order to understand the influence military training on university freshmen's personality development, the authors have adopted Carter's 16PF measuring scale to measure Zhejiang Normal University freshmen of 1999 who have received military training. We investigated and analyzed seven factors from the measuring scale which are closely related to the military training. The results show that there are significant differences between the freshmen who received the training and those who did not regarding cooperation, steadiness, perseverance, independence, and anxiety. However, there is no significant differences in brevity and self-discipline. There is an outstanding difference between boy students and girl students concerning cooperation and perseverance. There exists a distinctive difference in independence between students in difference disciplines.
