| 摘 要： | 金融是现代经济运行的核心和枢纽，表现为金融在经济中的作用和影响越来越广泛深入，金融越来越成为一个现代社会经济的核心性、主导性要素。国际金融的发展趋势将是以金融网络化、货币一体化、金融服务现代化和金融风险扩大化为主要特征的金融全球化。中国积极进行金融领域改革和开放，放松资本管制，以融入全球化浪潮。

| Abstract: | The finance is the core and the key in modern economy,and its performance is more and more widespread in the economical function and the influence and it has become a leading essential factor in modern social economy.The tendency of the international finance is the financial globalization whose characteristic is the financial network,the currency integration,the financial service modernization and the financial risk expansion.China will carry on the financial reform and opening,relax the capital control and integrate the globalization tide. |
