| 摘 要： | 科研经费管理是保证科研活动高效、高质量完成的重要环节。但当前科研经费管理中却存在着项目经费预算缺乏科学性、使用缺乏计划、项目经费使用不符合国家的政策法规、报销过程缺乏严格的审核手续等问题,为此,应从项目经费预算、项目经费计划、项目经费审批和项目经费决算方面加强管理。

| Abstract: | Scientific research fund management plays an important role in ensuring the high-efficient and high-quality scientific research. However,there exist some problems in the current management: program budget is far from scientific;the use of fund is not based on plans and does not conform to laws and regulations;the submission of expense account is not carefully examined.Therefore,management should be strengthened from the aspects of budget,planning,examination and approval,and final accounting of the program fund. |
