脑卒中后不同类型失语患者的语言康复治疗

目的观察脑卒中后不同类型失语患者的语言康复训练疗效。方法对脑卒中后运动性失语、感觉性失语、完全性失语和命名性失语患者进行语言康复训练。结果运动性失语及命名性失语患者训练前后评分成绩间差异具有显著性意义（P〈0．01，P〈0．05），而感觉性失语和完全性失语患者训练前后总评分成绩间差异不具有显著性意义（P〉0．05）。结论语言康复训练对失语患者的语言康复有重要促进作用，其中运动性失语及命名性失语患者语言康复训练疗效较好，而感觉性失语和完全性失语患者语言康复训练疗效差，加强心理治疗对脑卒中后失语患者的语言康复不容忽视。

Effect of Language Rehabilitation Training on the Stroke Patient with Different Kind of Aphasia

Objective To observe the effect of language rehabilitation training on stroke patients with different kind of aphasia. Methods Stroke patients with different kind of aphasia（Broea aphasia,Wernieke aphasia,conduct aphasia and global aphasia）were treated with language rehabilitation training. Results After training,the scores in the patients of Broea aphasia and conduct aphasia were significant higher than those of before training （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.However,in the patients of conduct aphasia and global aphasia there were no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Language rehabilitation training plays an active role in rehabilitation of stroke patients with Broca aphasia and conduct aphasia.And we should pay more attention on the psychotherapy of aphasia patient.
