小组工作介入行为偏差儿童辅导的策略以南京市珠江路X小学为例

摘    要:人的偏差行为普遍存在于各个年龄段,只是学龄阶段的儿童表现更为明显,许多人的偏差行为就是在儿童时期形成的。学龄儿童的偏差行为大致可以分为外向性行为、内向性行为、学业适应问题和偏畸习癖。小组工作介入偏差行为的辅导可以充分发挥同龄群体、游戏等影响力,促使其改变不良行为并通过社会学习强化并巩固已取得的改变。在小组工作介入过程中可以采取投其所好、灵活多样、差别对待、注重评估的方法来矫正儿童的偏差行为。
