| 摘 要： | 新中国成立之初至朝鲜战争爆发,美国的全球战略重点是遏制苏联势力在欧亚地区扩张,表现在对待新中国问题上就是设法阻止中苏接近,离间中苏关系。朝鲜战争爆发后,美国当权者错误的判断导致错误的战争。其后,美国利用其战后膨胀起来的军事、经济优势,对新中国进行政治、经济、军事的全面遏制,公开与中国人民为敌。
