企业薪酬管理公平性研究

摘    要:在对薪酬差距现状深入思考的基础上,提出了公平的薪酬管理的有关对策,并对其他相关的薪酬管理问题进行了探讨。公平的企业薪酬管理,是企业与员工高度关注的问题,它涉及整个社会的和谐与发展。公平合理的薪酬制度可以提高企业员工的满意度,促进企业健康有序的发展。

Abstract:This paper proposes the related countermeasures to the fair salary management with the pondering over the status quo of the salary disparity, and exploration has been made into the other related salary management issues. The fair enterprise salary management is the matter of great concern for the enterprise and the staff members, which involves the harmony and development of the entire society. A just and reasonable salary system may enhance the degree of satisfaction among the enterprise staff ;thus promoting the healthy and regular development of the enterprise.
