| 摘 要： | 新闻发布工作是发展民主,畅通民众利益表达诉求渠道,推动政府管理改革和制度创新,构建和谐社会的重要途径。实现新闻发布工作的创新,必须坚持以人为本的价值观念,以科学发展观为指导,把握正确的舆论导向和基本原则,健全新闻发布工作机制。

| Abstract: | Press release work is an important way to develop democracy,to unblock the channels for people to demand their interests,and to promote the reform and innovation of governmental administration and build a harmonious society.To innovate press release work,we should stick to the human-centered ideas,take the scientific development concept as the guide,grasp the correct orientation of public opinion and basic principles and strengthen the system of operating mechanism of press release work. |
