| 摘 要： | 西方现代性语境下“软实力”概念具有内在缺陷，美国软实力谋求世界霸权的宗旨、视自身文化价值观为人类最优越的价值观、视自身民主制度为人类最完善的制度的软实力概念内核已经给人类带来了巨大的灾难。西方资本现代性对文化软实力实施了宰制，而当代中国实现文化软实力超越具有传统思想资源、意识形态依据与现实制度依据。

| Abstract: | The concept of cultural soft power has its inner defects within modernity context. Taking America as an example, it aims at seizing hegemony in the world and views its culture values as the superior and its democratic systems as the most perfect. These core concepts of soft power have in fact brought humankind tremendous catastrophes. Though the modernity of Western capitalism dominates world cultural soft power, it is clear that China＇s traditional ideological background and present social systems would be the strongest backup to realized a transcendence of cultural soft power. |
