| 摘 要： | 完全学分制实施选课制、弹性学制、强调个性发展 ,赋予了学生很大的自主权 ,它改变了传统的学生管理的工作基础 ,给传统的学生管理工作带来严峻的挑战。完全学分制下的学生教育管理必须树立“以人为本”的指导思想 ,将工作重心由班级转向社区 ,构建完善的服务体系 ,充分发挥导师、党团组织、学生社团的作用。

| Abstract: | The complete credit system includes courses-selecting system and elastic academic year system. It emphasizes students' personal development and grants them much freedom, which shakes the foundation of traditional students administration and brings about great challenges. Therefore it is of great necessity to construct new student administration model by setting up student-centered administrative concept, shifting working center from classes to campus, and perfecting overall service system so as to fully exert effects of tutors, League and Party organizations as well as students union on student administration. |
