| 摘 要： | 市场经济体制下大学生的就业模式已由原来的统包统分转变为双向选择、自主择业。当前毕业生就业难的现状 ,既有社会原因 ,又有用人单位、学校和毕业生自身的原因 ,高等院校应加强对毕业生的思想教育和就业指导 ,调整专业结构和人才培养结构 ,大力推进素质教育 ,全面提高毕业生质量 ,积极拓宽就业渠道 ,从而实现毕业生充分就业。

| Abstract: | Under market economic system, the employment pattern for graduates has changed from complete government distribution to two-way choice or free choice style. As a result, it becomes hard for pre-sent graduates to seek jobs, partly from social factors, partly from factors concerning employing units, university instruction and graduates' personal qualifications. Therefore, this article presents prospect of and strategies for current graduates' employment from universities' point of view so as to facilitate graduates for their future jobs. |
