完全学分制下的本科生导师制管理

摘    要:完全学分制在充分促进学生个性发展的同时 ,给教育教学管理提出了新的要求 ,而导师制正顺应了这一要求 ,充分以“导学”为特点 ,以导师选择与配备的科学性和本科生导师职责的明确性为重点 ,并辅助以一系列配套措施。对进一步深化高校内部管理体制 ,促进高校教学工作的改革具有重要意义。

Abstract:While promoting full development of undergraduates' individuality, complete credit system sets higher demand on instructional management. And the futor management just meets the needs by providing scientific guidance as undergraduates take up courses, personal concern as they are in difficulties and executive rules which regulate their academic behaviour, thus improving on the inner management and instruction innovation in the university.
