| 摘 要： | 中、欧1975年建交至今，双边关系的发展总体来说是政治关系稳定、经济关系良好，但其间也有波折起伏。因此，有必要全面分析影响中、欧关系进一步发展的积极因素和消极因素，以便于今后在处理中、欧关系的过程中，注意巩固、发展积极面，抑制、转化消极面，以积极和务实的态度推动中、欧关系向更加全面和深入的方向发展。

| Abstract: | ract:The development of bilateral affairs between China and European Community has been characterized by its stability in politics and good state in economy since diplomatic relationship was established in 1975,however,there has existed some unexpected turns.This essay intends to analyze the positive and negative factors that influence the further development of Sino-European affairs comprehensively,so that in dealing with Sino-European affairs in the future,we are to consolidate the positive aspects and refrain the negative ones,to promote Sino-European affairs to develop in deeper and all-round ways by vigorous and actual attitude. |
