| 摘 要： | 许多中国文学史著作中,在先秦文学之后,无论称为"秦汉文学",抑或称为"两汉文学",无一例外把李斯的《谏逐客疏》算作秦代文学。但从秦发祥地及其拓展形势以及秦地文学的发展状况来看,秦统一中国前12年,后15年无文学。

| Abstract: | Among the works of Chinese literary history, Li Si's Jian Zhuke Shu is included in the literary works of Qin Dynasty after Pre-Qin Dynasty whether it is called the "literary works of Qin and Han Dynasty", or titled by "literary works of Two Hans". However, investigating into the birthplace of Qin and its expanding situation as well as the development of literature in the area of Qin, we find there are no literatures 12 years before and 15 years after Qin unified China. |
