现代科技人才实现创新的特质——兼论人文素质对提高创新活力的作用

以著名科学家的创新活动和经验为启示，综合提炼出现代科技人才应具备的四个基本素质：基础知识坚实，敬业精神崇高，眼光非常敏锐，研究手段先进；并针对当今科技发展的特点来阐述创新人才实现综合思维应具备的三个基本特质：知识的多元化，思维方法的多样化、集约化，创造思维的系统化；进而来探讨人文素质对激发科技人才的创新活力，充分发挥创新特质的重要作用。

The Peculiar Qualities of the Modern Scientists' Creation and the Role of the Humanistic Qualities in Stimulating the Creative Vigor

This paper,based on the inspiration from the creative activities and experience of the famous scientists in the world,refines synthetically the four basic qualities for the modern scientists and technicians, and three peculiar qualities for realizing the synthetical thinking,and then probes into the important role of the humanistic qualities in stimulating the creative vigor and giving full play to the peculiar qualities of scientists' creation.
