| Abstract: | After Li-Denghui made the speech of "two-country" hocus-pocus and the Democratic Progressive Party took power, the core of Sino-US relationship has become the Independent Taiwan Issue. Although the Buah Administration changed the China policy twice rapidly, the basic problem of Independent Taiwan has never changed. |
