| 摘 要： | 知识经济改变了图书馆的地位和命运,信息化拓展了图书馆的视域和功能,网络化给图书馆注入了新的活力。网络环境下的图书馆员应当是信息馆员、知识馆员、网络馆员。培育馆员的信息素质一要建立继续教育机制;二要加强自身修养;三要走学者化道路。

| Abstract: | The kownledge economy has changed the position and destiny of the library,the informationization has expanded looking at the land and function of the library,have injected new vigor into library networkedly.The library under the environment of the network person should be information office-staff,knowledge office-staff,network office-staff.Cultivate message quality of office-staff set up the mechanism of continuing educating;Second should strengthen one's own training;Third wants to take the scholar road. |
