| 摘 要： | 西部地区需要引进人才,但更应该大力发展民族高等教育,培养人才和留住人才。西部地区的民族高等教育要充分认识自身在西部大开发中的重要地位和作用,要认清差距,找准定位,推进创新,实现民族高等教育的发展。

| Abstract: | Chinas western development needs all kinds of qualified personnel. However, most of the graduates of the colleges and universities intend to work in the east China. Therefore, the western areas should not only introduce qualified personnel, but also develop the higher education to train and keep the qualified personnel. The higher education in western areas should recognize its significant role, find out the difference from the outside world, orientate itself and innovate to realize the development of national higher education. |
