| 摘 要： | 企业集团规模扩大之后 ,会出现两种截然不同的效果 ,即规模经济和规模不经济。其原因是多方面的。为了达到企业规模经济效果 ,发挥企业集团在经济增长中的重要作用 ,必须采取相应的措施与对策。
