| 摘 要： | 知识管理的根本目的是提高企业效益和竞争力。本文通过建立模糊综合评价模型,评价了我国企业实施知识管理后取得的效益,针对评价结果分析了我国企业实施知识管理中存在的问题,最后提出了相应的对策。
