| 摘 要： | 从“仁”字的起源、本义，从孔子所生活年代即春秋时期“人”字的具体历史含义，从“爱人”当时的情境所指和阶级属性，结合《论语》中孔子关于“仁”的具体解释，可以看出孔子的“仁爱”是爱有差等，是受“礼”制约之下的“爱人”：不是爱所有人，而是爱“士大夫以上各阶层的人”，即爱贵族，爱“大臣、群臣”，爱“地方长官”。孔子的仁学思想是等级人学的思想，其实质乃是为了“复礼”而“克己”。
