| 摘 要： | 科技投入是反映一个国家和地区的科技实力的重要指标 ,增加科技投入是提高科学技术水平、增强综合国力和地区经济实力的一项战略性措施。文章分析了深圳市科技投入的总量和结构水平及其与生产力发展水平的匹配程度 ,指出了其中存在的主要不足之处并提出了改革建议

| Abstract: | Science and technology input is an important indicator which reflects a country or an area's science and technology level. It's a strategic measure to increase the science and technology input for a country to improve the economy. This article analyses the connection among the gross of science and technology input, the level of structure and the development of productiveness. This article also points out its shortages and provides innovational suggestions. |
