魏晋南朝太子舍人、太子中舍人职掌的发展与变化

太子舍人、太子中舍人作为东宫职官序列的重要成员,在魏晋南朝时期得到长足发展,其中一个重要表现就是在魏晋南朝此二职已成为国家正式职官,在此期间,太子舍人、太子中舍人的职掌及任职资格均发生过较大变化。从职掌来说,此二职的职能有所拓展;从任职资格来说,则从三国时期没有特别要求发展为两晋南朝时期要求门第较高,因为此二职已经变成世族门阀趋之若鹜的＂清望官＂。这种情况到陈朝时发生逆转,这主要是因为南朝士族到陈朝时已经趋于没落,并由此使职官制度产生较大变化。

Prince Sheren and Prince Zhong Sheren were top members in the ranked list of prince officials and their roles had a rapid development in Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties.Being state officers during this period was one of the important manifestations.Their responsibilities and qualifications were changed significantly within this period.In terms of responsibilities,the responsible area and job duties of these titles expanded.In terms of qualification,powerful family background is required for holding these posts in this period while this is not the case in Three Kingdoms period.Hence these two titles had become very popular among the nobles and gentry.This situation were reversed in Chen Dynasty and leaded to changes in official system mainly because of the decline of gentry in Southern Dynasties.
