行业划转院校改革与发展的形势、任务和战略

The transferred universities of industries are those of the newly emerged universities after the reform of the national administration system of higher education at the turn of the new century.Over the past decade,the universities have carried out the significant reform,which is represented the characteristics of multi-disciplines,large scale,localization and marketing.Faced with the opportunities and challenges,the major tasks of the transferred universities of industries are to change the development mode,improve the competition ability,extend high-end functions and root in the local needs.Under the new situation of reform and development of higher education,the transferred universities of industries can neither simply abandon industrial characteristics,nor simply go back to industries,and have to have foresight and find their own suitable road of development in the fusion of the dual values of serving the industries and local needs.
