我国大学教师专业化的内涵解析

摘    要:大学教师专业化是一个动态发展的概念。我国大学教师专业化是学术性、教育性、社会性、创新性、国际性、自主性协调作用的发展过程,这是我国社会发展对大学教师职业的必然要求,也是大学教师专业化的特性之所在。大学教师专业化发展是各种特性不断增长的过程。处于不同发展阶段的教师专业化特性的增长呈现出不同的态势。建设高等教育强国与大学教师专业化发展是共生共荣的过程,其间需要处理好个体性与群体性的关系、主动性和被动性的关系、共同性与差异性的关系。

Abstract:The professionalization is an idea of dynamic development and it is also a process of coordinated development, which is academic, educational, social, innovative, international and independent. With the development of society, these are definitely requirements for the university teachers, so is the characteristics of university teachers' professionalization. The professionalization of university teachers is a continuous improvement of various characteristics. As the professionalization of university teachers is a gradual process, teachers in different development stages of professionalization characteristics have different situations. The relationship between constructing a powerful nation of higher education and developing university teachers' professionalization is a symbiotic process. During the process, we should well manage the following relationships: individuality and community, initiative and passivity, and intereommunity and diversity.
