| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义法治国家已由宪法所确认, 依法管理宗教事务是实现社会主义法治不可或缺的一部分.文章通过对<安徽省宗教事务条例>的特征、实施及效果的分析,提出了实现宗教事务管理法制化的要求.
