摘    要:采用自由基引发、原位聚合的方法,制备了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯-乙叉二甲基丙烯酸酯(GMA-EDMA)整体柱,用铜保护的赖氨酸与整体柱上GMA的环氧环发生反应进行衍生化,制备了一种利用配体交换作用分离氨基酸的毛细管液相色谱整体柱,并对流动相pH、离子强度和乙腈比例等因素进行了优化,成功分离了苯丙氨酸、色氨酸和酪氨酸.

Abstract:A novel monolithic column for capillary liquid chromatography was prepared by insitu free radical polymerization of glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) and ethylene dimethacrylate(EDMA),and the prepared monolithic column was subsequently functionlized based on a ring opening reaction of epoxide groups with Cu-lysine in solution.Phenylalanine,tryptophan and tyrosine were separated through the ligand exchange interaction between amino acid and cooper after optimized several separation conditions such as pH,ionic stren...
