英语同义表达法与大学英语阅读理解能力的培养

摘    要:英语阅读理解是大学生的一大难题。在阅读理解研究中 ,研究者往往立足于寻找学习阅读的方法和技能上 ,而忽视了语言能力的培养。通过对三种不同的阅读理解处理模式的分析 ,本文提出要培养大学生英语阅读理解能力应首先重视英语语言基础能力的培养 ,并从词汇、句法和修辞等三个方面的同义表达探讨了语言基础能力是培养大学生英语阅读理解能力的关键。

Abstract:The improvement of English reading comprehension is regarded as one of the difficulties for college students to overcome, In the research of how to improve their reading comprehension, researchers tend to base themselves upon the ways or skills instead of 1anguage ability. Through the analysis of the three different theories on reading comprehension, this essay argues that the greatest importance should be attached to language ability in the improvement of their reading comprehension which is justified through the discussion of English synonymous expressions: lexis, syntax and rhetoric.
