对高校教师职业压力现状调查与分析

通过访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法对高校教师职业压力现状进行了初步研究,并得出如下结论:高校教师普遍承受着较大的职业压力;职业压力对教师的生理状况及教育教学行为,尤其是对教师的心理健康产生了较多的负面影响;不同背景因素教师的职业压力既有相似性,又各有特点。

The inquisition and analysis of college teachers' professional stress

This research based on the college teachers as the object,through such methods as interview,questionnaire investigation,and statistical analysis,tries to reveal the level of teacher's professional stress.The investigation's result shows that: 1.the college teachers' professional stress is too intensitive.2.intensive professional stress has harmful effects on teachers' body,behavior,especially mental health.3.teachers with different background characteristics have both similar stressors and particular stressors.
