摘    要:为提高食品营养与检测专业学生的实操技能和综合素质,对高职学生在工学结合模式下的“2+1”顶岗实习过程中存在问题与解决措施进行了探讨。针对顶岗实习过程中出现的校企需求信息不对称,企业对实习生管理不善,学生思想波动等现象,文章试图找出原因并尝试以多种方式进行疏导和解决,以期为各高职院校的项岗实习过程管理提供一定的借鉴和参考。

Discussion on Problems and Solutions of Internship of Food Nutrition and Test Major

Abstract:In order to improve the practical ability and overall qualities of students of Nutrition and Test Major, problems and solutions within the process of practical training using the"2 + 1 "mode are discussed. In the process of students' internship, various phenomena occur, such as the asymmetric information between the enterprise and the college, the enterprise's ill management to students and students' depression, etc. This article tries to find out reasons and solutions to those phenomena in the hope that some references to higher vocational colleges could be provided.
