| 摘 要： | 由于学生和家长的思想观念跟不上形势的发展,金融机构的"惜贷"、"拒贷"行为以及贷款办理程序中存在的问题,使国家助学贷款的实施并未达到预期的效果。建立国家助学贷款信息系统,降低国家助学贷款信贷风险,是国家助学贷款形成良性循环的必然选择。

| Abstract: | Because the students and their parents' thoughts can't keep up with the development,of situation the behavior of the financing institution and the problem of the loan in the procedure that make the national student loan can't get the expectant result. Establishing the system of national student loan information and redacing the risk of the national student loan are the inevitable choice of the virtuous cycle of national student loan formation. |
