对封贡体系内属国与藩部界定标准的探讨

长期以来,学界对封贡体系内属国与藩部的界定并无统一的标准,不能不说是我国中外关系史和边疆史研究中的一个缺憾.中国东北、西北、西南固然历史发展情形各异,但异中亦可见同.纵观中原王朝封贡体系的历史发展脉络,属国与藩部(属部)在封贡体制、边界意识与边务处理方式上均存在明显差异,而中原王朝作为受贡者在危机处理中对作为被封者的属国和藩部的处理政策与处置程序也存在明显差异,邦交与主权可谓泾渭分明.综合审视、利用这些差别为我们准确界定封贡体系内的属国、藩部和一般交往者提供了一把钥匙.
