| 摘 要： | 杨凌是一个新兴、发展的城市,如何定位杨凌未来的发展方向是一项非常值得重视的课题。按照循环经济的思想对杨凌进行系统规划,是杨凌可持续发展之路。在城市层面上构建循环经济模式也是一种新的尝试,需要在实践中不断地完善。
