| 摘 要： | 中国的城市化进程从新中国成立后真正开始，并以改革开放为界，经历了自发和自觉两个阶段，其发展过程呈现出先被动后主动、劳动力职业的转换快于地域的集中、政策效益大于市场效益、地区间城市化水平不均衡、就业结构与产业结构演进不协调的特征。在回顾中国城市化进程并总结其发展规律的基础上，分析中国城市化水平，探讨其差距及发展趋势，以期为研究制订城市化战略提供依据。
