| Abstract: | This paper explains the inherent unitary relationship between Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory from the following five aspects, namely theoretical system, theoritical basis, funda- mental stand, objective of the pursuit, and historical process. It concludes that a sure and complete under- standing of the above-mentioned relationship is of vital importance to recognizing and handling scientifically the issue of political stand in the new era. |
