| 摘 要： | 从素质教育与应试教育的区别出发,阐述了在基础教育中修正"应试教育"的必要性,提出实施素质教育首先要转变价值观,使受教育者得到全面和谐的发展;其次要充分发挥学生的主体作用,走出课堂,走出灌输,走出学校;再次要注重学生个性发展,强调身体和心理的双重健康.
