| 摘 要： | 高校后勤社会化和学生住宿公寓化,使学生的学习、生活方式发生了很大变化,特别是大一新生初进校园,心理状况呈现多元化趋势,给高校公寓管理工作带来了新的挑战。通过对大一新生心理特征的分析,有针对性地提出加强公寓管理的措施,为促进新形势下的大学生思想政治工作提出可行性建议。
