| 摘 要： | 从区域的角度看,统筹区域发展是构建和谐社会的必然要求。只有通过统筹区域发展,全面解决区域发展中的落后病、膨胀病、衰退病等区域问题,并不断协调区域经济关系、进行区域整合,最终才能缩小区域差距,实现区域经济的帕累托最优,达到区域和谐的目的,为和谐社会建设打好坚实的区域基础。
