| Abstract: | Yellow River Flood of Gui-de Prefecture of Henan Province was very frequent in Ming Dynasty.Privileged class and military household annexed a large number of land and beach,made the burden of households in Lijia heavy and folk clan's organization weak,and privileged class functioned dominantly in local society by right of privileges. |
