| 摘 要： | 建立适度普惠型养老体系是完善我国社会福利体系的重要组成部分。以福建省为例,阐述通过制度化的宏观政策、标准化的养老服务设计、专业化的养老服务提供三个层面,建立完善适度普惠型养老体系;在适度普惠型养老体系中应加强政府的服务规划功能,同时促进家庭、社会机构和志愿者在养老服务中的作用。
