摘    要:采用模拟粒子在势场中的布朗运动去讨论热涨落对小电容时Josephson效应的影响 ,得到热涨落存在时Joseph son结的电流—电压特性 ,计算结果与实验相符合

Abstract:The effects of thermal fluctuations on the Josephson effect in a junction capacitance are calculated using an analogy with the Brownian motion of a particle in a field of force,and obtain the voltage current characteristics of Josephson junctions with thermal fluctuation,The results are presented in a form suitable for comparison with experiment,and provide the gist of theory for the application of Josephson parts of an apparats.
