| 摘 要： | 培养现代化人才是教育的根本目标和核心内容,是时代发展的要求.中国的传统教育显然是不适应这一要求的,因此必须对之进行改革,实施现代教育,注重人才素质的提高.实现这一转变的关键是教师应进行教育教学方法改革,使之有利于学生主体性的发挥.
