广州都市旅游实践及可持续发展对策

广州市在努力实现由旅游过境城市向旅游目的地城市转变的政策引导下,对发展都市旅游进行了有益的尝试,特别是在广州市政府领导亲自策划下,＂珠江夜游＂和＂广州一日游＂取得了很大成功。但是,广州城市旅游发展的总体水平还不高,存在后劲不足、开拓不够、有吸引力的＂拳头＂产品少等问题。因此,要进一步优化城市环境,通过城市的发展带动城市旅游业的发展;要整合广州散、小的＂旅游景点＂,向＂旅游景区＂、＂旅游城区＂发展;要将羊城的标志＂五羊雕像＂请出越秀公园;还应增加都市观光塔的数量与作用,并在传统商业街增加地方土特产和工艺品店,恢复西湖路灯光夜市,增加夜游项目。

Guangzhou's tourism practice and its sustainable development strategies

Guided by relevant policy, Guangzhou is making beneficial efforts to transform itself from a tourist transit city to a tourist destination city. Schemed by municipal leaders, ＂the Night Tour on Pearl River ＂ and ＂Guangzhou One Day Tour ＂ has achieved great success. But, the total level of the city＇s tourism development is still not high with inadequate reserve strength and a limited number of ＂fist＂ products etc. The paper offers the fol- lowing sustainable development strategies： 1. To further improve city environmen; 2. To integrate dispersed＂ scenic spots＂ to form larger ＂scenic areas＂; 3. to further market symbols of Five Rams; 4. To maximize local specialties, handicraft works and night-tour items etc.
