| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着全球经济形势和我国非市场经济地位的变化，反补贴措施已经成为我国贸易摩擦的一个新热点。通过分析国际金融危机下贸易形势的变化，指出研究反补贴措施的必要性，分析WTO框架下补贴与反补贴规则的演变、反补贴与反倾销措施的区别，并在分析中国补贴现状的基础上提出应对原则。
